When did you first start listening to UK Garage, and what was it that made it appeal to you?
A friend of mine gave me a mix tape from an event back in 1998, I listened to it a few times and loved the atmosphere and reactions that was coming out of the tracks. I went to my first event as a raver a couple months after and I've never looked back. Its the mixture of all different types of music in one that makes garage appeal to me. I hear jazz, house, drum and bass, blues, soul, and rnb in garage - there's nothing like it... (read more)
